Complete Roof Replacement

This quote is inclusive of installing a completely new roofing system. 

This includes removing all existing layers of roofing, removing all existing decking and replacing it with new roof sheathing (Where Needed), taping all decking seams, installing all new drip edges on enves and rakes, new flashing will be installed throughout, ice and water protection will be installed on eaves and rakes, double ice and water protection will be installed on vulnerable valleys on the roof, synthetic underlay will be installed throughout, new starter strips will be installed, new vents will be installed as needed along with new vent boots, new cap shingles will be installed, the chimney will be flashed with lead or copper upon request and all new shingles installed throughout.
